Official Rules
Entrants must be legal residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Void outside the United States or where prohibited by law.
Employees of Big City Mountaineers (BCM), its Board of Directors, and primary prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
No contribution necessary to win.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: “Pitches with Pros” begins at 12:00:01 a.m. on MST August 8, 2008, and ends at 11:59:59 MST January 11, 2009.

HOW TO ENTER: There are three ways to enter

[a] Enter using a credit card online by visiting www.pitcheswithpros.com and clicking on the' buy a raffle ticket now' icon. $5.00 per ticket or five for $20.00.

[b] Enter by writing a check for $5.00 per ticket or five for $20 to:

No per person limit on number of tickets purchased through check or credit card.

[c] Hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip/postal code, email address, day and evening phone numbers and the words "Pitches with Pros" Sweepstakes on a 3" x 5" index card and mail in an envelope hand-addressed to:

Entrants via this method will be recorded into BCM’s database and may be contacted in the future. Non paid entries are limited to one entry per person.

Mailed contributions or entries must be received by January 11^th, 2009. BCM assumes no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled or incompletely received for any reason or for any computer, online, telephone, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of the BCM and will not be acknowledged or returned.

WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected at random after January 11, 2009. Each winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. If potential winner is unreachable after five (5) business days, or if a winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner may be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: First 5 raffle tickets drawn will win a chance to climb with a professional climber. Climber assignments will be made at random, according to the sequence in which their name was drawn. Second 5 raffle tickets drawn will win prize packages for Mammut.

INTERNET: If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Big City Mountaineers which corrupt or affect the administration, security,

fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Big City Mountaineers reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. Big City Mountaineers assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Big City Mountaineers is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Big City Mountaineers on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes.

GENERAL CONDITION!S: Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Big City Mountaineers its partners, and each of their directors, officers, employees, independent contractors,

representatives, agents, or advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this or acceptance or use of any prize won. Entrants agree that the laws of the state of Colorado will govern any and all disputes. Releasees are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any raffle related materials. Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made. All income and other taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes by winners.
