1. How Do I enter?

All entries via check or credit card must be received by January 11th 2009 to be eligible.
2. Do I need to purchase a ticket to enter?
Tickets are $5.00 each of five for $20. Proceeds from this event will benefit 2009 BCM teens. For more on where your money goes visit us at www.bigcitymountaineers.org. To comply with federal law, a 'no purchase required' option is available. To find out more about that, please read through our Sweepstakes rules.
3. If I win, do I get to pick the professional climber with which I want to climb?
Winners will be assigned a climber at random. The first five names drawn will get assigned to one of our five professional climbers. The next five names drawn will receive a gear package form Mammut.
4. Who pays for transportaion?
Winning climbers will be responsible for travel to and from climb destination as well as all food and lodging costs associated with their personal costs.
5. When does the sweepstakes end?
All entries, via credit card or check must be received by January 11, 2009 in order to be eligible to win.
6. How do I know I've been officially entered?
If entering by credit card you will receive instant notification that your credit card has been charged and your name entered into our drawing. If you enter via check (or cash at an event) you will receive an email within 30 days confirming your entry. If you do not receive confirmations through one of these methods please email info@bigcitymountaineers.org with 'PWP" in the subject line.
7. When are you selecting winners and how will I be notified?
Winners will be selected at random in late January 2009. If a winner cannot be contacted in five business days a replacement winner will be chosen at random from all remaining eligible entries. Winners will be contacted via phone and email.
8. Where does my money go?
Big City Mountaineers is a non profit that takes inner-city, urban teens outside. Money raised form the Pitches with Pros sweepstakes will go towards getting more teens from our five hubs outside in the summer of 2009.
